At e3, we staff our offices with Client Advocates. We work diligently to ensure that our clients, and their employees, get problems solved quickly. As part of our advocacy program, we offer two special services for clients and their employees: Health Advocate and Claim Recovery Services.

Health Advocate is a hotline for employees to obtain assistance with second opinions, alternative healthcare solutions and cost estimates for various medical conditions. It’s a way to navigate the healthcare system on an up-front basis, before expenses are incurred.

With Claim Recovery Services, the experts at e3 work on behalf of clients and their employees when disputes, administrative errors or lack of communication result in non-payment or underpayment of claims, or overpayment of premiums. In a recent 12-month period, our experts recovered nearly $200,000 in claims and premiums on behalf of our clients and their employees.
