In 1988, with over 20 years of financial service experience, he founded the Torelli Group Inc. (TGI) TGI specialized in providing financial solutions to entrepreneurs and their business'.

In 1998, he became a principal with First Financial Resources (FFR). FFR is comprised of strategic problem solvers for high net worth individuals and corporations. This alliance provides state of the art planning concepts and proprietary financial products.

In 2000, The Torelli Group evolved into e3 Financial, which provides in-depth financial service to our narrowly focused market.

In 1992 he began his career as a sales representative with The Guardian Life Insurance Company. He specialized in the design and implementation of employee benefit plans.

In 1996, he joined the Torelli Group, Inc. (now e3 Financial) as Vice President of Employee Benefit and became a Principal in 1999.

He has been responsible for the creation and development of the Client Service Protocol™. This is a proprietary tool used in the design, implementation and management of employee benefit plans.
