In 1988, with over 20 years of financial service experience, he founded the Torelli Group Inc. (TGI) TGI specialized in providing financial solutions to entrepreneurs and their business.

In 1998, he became a principal with First Financial Resources (FFR). FFR is comprised of strategic problem solvers for high net worth individuals and corporations. This alliance provides state of the art planning concepts and proprietary financial products.

In 2000, The Torelli Group evolved into e3 Financial™, which provides in-depth financial service to our narrowly focused market.

Michael Rankin, REBC, RHU
Principal

In 1992, Mike began his career as a group sales representative with The Guardian Life Insurance Company. At The Guardian, Mike specialized in the design and implementation of employee benefit plans, and built a strong foundation in insurance contracts, underwriting, plan design and contract negotiations.

In 1996, he joined the Torelli Group, Inc. (now e3 Financial) as Vice President of Employee Benefits and became a Principal in 1999. Since that time, Mike has been responsible for the growth and development of the Employee Benefit department at e3 Financial.

He has been responsible for the creation and development of the Client Service Protocol™. This is a proprietary process used in the design, implementation and ongoing management of employee benefit plans.
