After joining e3 Financial in 1996 and becoming a Principal in 1999, Mike has been responsible for the growth and development of the Employee Benefit Department. Mike was instrumental in the creation and development of the Client Service Protocol™, a proprietary process used in the design, implementation and ongoing management of employee benefit plans.
